Social media personality and forex trader Kenyan Prince has set social media ablaze after staging an extravagant public apology for his girlfriend, Stephanie Ngunjiri, following their recent relationship controversy.
The grand gesture, which has gone viral across Instagram and TikTok, featured a helicopter ride, romantic lakeside decorations, luxury gifts and an emotional apology that left many online users divided.
Videos shared online showed the couple arriving at the venue aboard a helicopter before walking hand in hand to a beautifully decorated lakeside setting. The location was adorned with red rose petals, flowers and a giant framed portrait of the couple, alongside a large sign reading, “I Am Sorry.”
Dressed in a black suit, white shirt and red tie, Kenyan Prince took to the microphone before going down on one knee to publicly ask Stephanie for forgiveness. Stephanie, who wore a flowing black dress and held a bouquet of red roses, appeared emotional as she listened to his heartfelt message, at one point wiping away tears.

The lavish apology follows weeks of speculation surrounding the couple’s relationship after videos surfaced showing Kenyan Prince at the Summertide Festival in Malindi in the company of other women while Stephanie was reportedly in Dubai.
The incident triggered widespread debate online, with Stephanie temporarily deactivating her social media accounts as the controversy unfolded. Prince had initially claimed that his drinks had been spiked before later announcing that the couple had broken up.
To cap off the reconciliation, Kenyan Prince surprised Stephanie with a brand-new red Range Rover and a cash gift of Sh1 million.
Guests cheered as Stephanie accepted the gifts before embracing him, a moment that quickly spread across social media platforms.
Stephanie later appeared to confirm that the relationship was back on track by sharing photos and videos from the event on Instagram, accompanied by affectionate messages celebrating the reconciliation.
While many social media users praised the effort and described it as one of the most extravagant public apologies seen in Kenya, others questioned whether private relationship issues should be resolved through such costly public displays.
Regardless of the differing opinions, the event has become one of the country’s most talked-about entertainment stories.
