Kenyan actor and comedian Inspekta Mwala has been recognised with two international awards celebrating his contribution to society, his positive influence and the values he continues to promote through his work.
Mwala received the honours on Friday, marking another major milestone in a career that has seen him become one of Kenya’s most recognisable and beloved entertainers.
He was presented with a World Civility Ambassador Award by iChange Nations, led by HRM Dr. Rivers, following a nomination by HRG Dame Dr. Maryleen Thome.
Mwala was also honoured with a Challenged Champions and Heroes Global Award, presented by Prof. Lococo, the Global President of the Challenged Champions and Heroes Awards.

Mwala celebrates recognition
Sharing news of the honours, Mwala expressed humility and gratitude for the recognition.
He said the awards were a reminder of the importance of using one’s platform to promote positive values and inspire others.
“Today, I humbly accepted a World Civility Ambassador Award by iChange Nations led by HRM Dr. Rivers following a nomination by HRG Dame Dr. Maryleen Thome,” Mwala said.
He added that he was also honoured to receive the Challenged Champions and Heroes Global Award presented by Prof. Lococo.
