City tycoon Agnes Kagure has outlined a clear roadmap for the growth and formal establishment of the Kenya Patriots Party (KPP), signaling what she described as a decisive moment for political change in the country.

In a statement shared after a strategic engagement with KPP Secretary General Dick Kamau, Kagure said the party leadership is currently focused on conducting nationwide consultative forums aimed at listening to Kenyans and incorporating grassroots views into the party’s foundation.

She noted that the forums are designed to ensure KPP is built on the real needs, aspirations, and priorities of citizens across all regions.

Kagure explained that once the consultative phase is completed, the party will move to formalise its interim leadership structures.

According to her, this step is critical in providing organizational stability and enabling KPP to operate effectively as it transitions into a fully-fledged political movement.

Following the confirmation of interim officials, KPP plans to hold a mega national party launch, an event Kagure said will publicly unveil the party’s vision, values, and leadership to Kenyans.

The launch will also mark the beginning of intensified political mobilization ahead of substantive internal elections.

The next major milestone, she added, will be the election of party officials during the Party’s National Delegates Conference (NDC).

Kagure emphasized that the NDC elections will entrench democratic principles within the party and give members a direct role in shaping its leadership.

Positioning KPP as a vehicle for reform, Kagure said the structured process reflects the party’s commitment to transparency, inclusivity, and accountable leadership.

She maintained that KPP is preparing to offer “real change” by building a people-driven political alternative, urging Kenyans to get ready for what she termed a new chapter in the country’s political journey.
