Mueni, the wife of popular Kenyan tailor Bolo Bespoke, has asked Kenyans to make sure American streamer iShowSpeed meets her husband during his visit to the country.
Speaking in a TikTok video on Thursday, January 8, 2026, Mueni said many people are busy planning activities to show the streamer the beauty of Kenya but are forgetting local creatives.
“Let me give you some gossip. I see everyone talking about iShowSpeed and planning the 7 Wonders of Kenya to show him, but I have not heard anyone talking about my husband, the tailor,” she said.
Mueni described her husband as a creative talent who deserves recognition, saying his work makes him a “wonder of Kenya” as well.
“Do you guys not realise that this tailor here, my husband, is also a wonder of Kenya?” she asked.
She urged organisers planning content and meet-ups with the global streamer to include Bolo Bespoke, saying the idea was well thought out.
“So when you are planning for content creators to meet Speed, make sure you bring him here to meet my husband. I have really thought about this,” she said.
iShowSpeed, whose real name is Darren Jason Watkins Jr, began his African tour in Angola on December 29, 2025.
He spent several days meeting fans and experiencing local culture.
He later travelled to South Africa, where large crowds welcomed him.
From there, he went to Mozambique, arriving on January 3, 2026, where thousands of fans followed him through the streets during live streams.

While in Mozambique, Speed joined traditional dancers and performers and praised the country’s scenery. The moments quickly went viral online.
He then visited Botswana, where he streamed from the jungle and went on safari. His most recent stop was Zimbabwe, where he announced a short break before continuing his tour.
